Use of the InspectWise application by customers and authorised users is subject to a separate customer agreement.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the website.

These terms apply to the public InspectWise website, including product information, pricing information, enquiries, demonstration requests and other publicly available content.

Where an organisation subscribes to the InspectWise platform, the applicable proposal, service agreement, subscription agreement or other customer contract will govern the provision and use of the service.

If there is any conflict between these website Terms and a signed customer agreement, the customer agreement will apply to the customer relationship.

InspectWise is a digital inspection management platform designed to help organisations manage workplace, operational, safety and compliance inspections.

The platform may include functionality for:

  • inspection management;
  • inspection templates;
  • inspection assignments;
  • recurring inspection schedules;

  • inspection scoring;
  • corrective actions;
  • sites and locations;
  • assets, vehicles and equipment;

Pricing & quotations

Listed InspectWise subscription prices are monthly prices and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

Plans are primarily based on the number of authorised users and the functionality included in the applicable subscription.

Enterprise pricing and requirements are quoted separately.

Any quotation or proposal issued by InspectWise may specify additional terms relating to:

  • number of users;
  • subscription period;
  • implementation;
  • onboarding;
  • configuration;
  • training;
  • additional services;
  • payment terms; and
  • other agreed customer requirements.

Website prices may be changed from time to time. A pricing change will not automatically alter an existing customer’s contractual pricing during an agreed contractual period unless permitted by the applicable customer agreement.

Using the website

You may use the InspectWise website for lawful business and informational purposes.

You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;
  • introduce malicious software or harmful code;

Using the InspectWise platform

Access to and use of the InspectWise application is governed by the applicable customer agreement.

Customer organisations are responsible for managing authorised users and ensuring that accounts are used only by individuals permitted to access the service.

Users must keep authentication credentials confidential and must not intentionally provide access to unauthorised individuals.

Customers and users are responsible for information they submit to the platform and for ensuring that they have appropriate authority to collect, upload, use and manage that information.

InspectWise may implement reasonable security, operational and usage controls to protect the platform and its customers.

Intellectual property

The InspectWise website, application, branding, interface, software, documentation, inspection template content and other proprietary material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, users may not:

  • copy or reproduce the InspectWise software;
  • modify, reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
  • sell, sublicense or commercially redistribute the platform;
  • remove copyright, trademark or proprietary notices; or
  • present InspectWise intellectual property as their own.

Customers retain ownership of customer information submitted to InspectWise, subject to the rights required for InspectWise to host, process and provide the contracted service.

Availability & changes

InspectWise aims to provide reliable access to its website and services, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Access may occasionally be interrupted because of:

  • maintenance;
  • upgrades;
  • technical failures;
  • security incidents;
  • infrastructure failures;
  • internet or telecommunications outages; or
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

InspectWise may update, improve, replace or discontinue website content or platform functionality from time to time.

Material changes affecting contracted customer services will be handled in accordance with the applicable customer agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InspectWise will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the public website or reliance on general website information.

InspectWise does not warrant that general website content, examples or inspection templates are suitable for every organisation, industry or regulatory environment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Liability relating to a customer’s subscription to the InspectWise platform will be governed by the applicable customer agreement.

InspectWise may use or link to third-party platforms, infrastructure and services.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies and availability.

InspectWise is not responsible for third-party websites or services merely because they are linked from the InspectWise website.
